- Zero Tolerance: We have no tolerance to the violation of our SHE standards and policies.
- STOP: ADEPT employees and contractors will STOP any activity they believe that might lead to harm or damage, or procedures.
- Our People: The Safety and Health of the people working for ADEPT come first.
- Risks and Hazards: All our activities and products are analyzed for SHE hazards, and mitigation plans are implemented to reduce risks to as low as reasonably practicable. Risks that cannot be reduced to an acceptable level are not taken.
- Incidents: We believe all incidents are preventable. Incidents will be investigated with management participation, and applicable corrective improvement actions will be implemented.
- Environment: We respect our environment through the prevention of pollution and the reduction, reuse and recycling of natural resources. Where possible we focus on renewable sources of energy for a sustainable future.
- Laws and Regulations: We comply with all applicable Laws and regulations.
- Customers: We will bridge our standards and policies with customers standards and policies to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Objectives: SHE objectives are set, and results are analyzed by management on a continual basis to drive continuous improvement in our results.
